Orca - Vitalis Thermal Openwater Wetsuit Women - Black
Why We Love It
Cold water sessions demand more than just flexibility. The Orca Vitalis Thermal Women’s Openwater Wetsuit is designed to help you stay warm, comfortable, and confident when temperatures drop. The thicker neoprene construction and thermal inner lining help retain body heat during long swims, while the balanced buoyancy profile keeps you feeling stable and efficient in the water. Whether you’re training through winter or swimming in cooler open water conditions, this wetsuit delivers the insulation and comfort needed to keep you moving freely.
Â
Talk Nerdy To Me
The Vitalis Thermal Women combines high-thickness neoprene panels with Thermal X inner lining technology to maximise warmth and heat retention during cold-water swimming. Panels up to 4.5mm thick improve insulation and buoyancy, helping reduce fatigue and conserve energy over longer sessions.
A secondary “Batwing” neoprene layer positioned across the back acts as a thermal barrier, minimising cold water entry and improving overall temperature regulation. 39+ and 39FS neoprene technologies in the shoulders and underarms increase flexibility and range of motion, helping maintain a smooth, unrestricted stroke despite the added thermal protection.
